Santos Trailhead

81,290 acres of pure off-road riding bliss. Santos is the largest and best known mountain biking park in the Ocala, Florida area. Santos official designation is Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway.

Alafia River State Park

The Alafia River State Park trail system is one of the most favored off-road biking choices in Florida, offering more than 20 miles of single track trails. Riders travel from all over the state to ride this collection of rolling terrain, harrowing drops, off-camber hillside ledges, high speed banked turns, and intimidating ridge top trails. These trails are built on the rugged terrain of what was once a phosphate mining site, which helps form the park’s unique trail features.

Balm Boyette Scrub Preserve

Boyette is situated on 4,900 acres of upland scrub preserve owned by Hillsborough County, and has over 23 miles of premium single track and 15 miles of multipurpose double track.  From beginner to advanced riders, Boyette has something for everyone.

Markham Park

Over 10 miles of various bike trails await you at Markham Park. They vary wildly in degree of difficulty so you will never run out of fun or a challenge. Helmets are required on all Markham Park mountain bike trails of course and there’s a $5 fee to use the trails. You can also get an annual pass, call the park or visit the park office for more details.

Chuck Lennon Park

Located at Chuck Lennon Park in Volusia County, Florida.  The trail is very unique for Central Florida with great features that make it an excellent riding experience.  This clay based trail has a great flow and with very few sandy spots.  It is an multi skill level singletrack for biking that will test all your riding skills, from the steep ups and downs to the hair pin turns.  The great features come from old clay excavations.  There are 4 separate trails you can ride that total about 6 miles.  All trails are difficult but some are harder than others.  This is not a good trail for beginning mountain bikers plus HELMETS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for all riders and helmet wearing is Florida law for riders under 16 when biking at Chuck Lennon Park.
